Prohibited items and Postable parcels aren’t covered, and we don’t cover non-compensation items if they’re lost, damaged or delayed. These include:
- China and glassware
- Furniture
- Musical instruments
- TVs and monitors
- Passports and legal documents
- Jewellery over £999
- Badly packaged parcels
